Participant Rules:

The purpose of the Roundtable forum is to provide a venue for networking and sharing risk management-related ideas and general information among authorized participants, who have applied for, registered and been authorized to access the Roundtable website or attend periodic Roundtable meetings in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Roundtable participants may not, either directly or indirectly: (a) solicit other Roundtable participants,; (b) use your participation in any manner or for any purpose other than networking and sharing risk management-related ideas and general information; (c) engage in any unlawful, unfair or deceptive practice,; (d) engage in any abusive, tortious or unprofessional language or conduct,; (e) violate any applicable law or regulation,; or (f) use or permit others to use the Roundtable forum in any way that violates any law or regulation or subjects SIPE or authorized Roundtable participants to liability, including, but not limited to, publishing, posting, distributing, or disseminating any defamatory, obscene, libelous, slanderous, false, or other unlawful or inappropriate material or information. Participants shall not share their password with any third party or allow any unauthorized users to access the Roundtable. The Roundtable's chairperson and/or Webmaster reserve the right to delete any postings deemed inappropriate for the Roundtable.

Prohibited Activities:

Your access to and participation with the Risk Managers' Roundtable (the "Roundtable") may be terminated immediately if you breach any provision of Terms and Conditions, which may be modified from time to time and posted to the Roundtable's online forum. Schools Insurance Program for Employees, a California joint powers authority which serves as the Webmaster for the Roundtable ("SIPE" or the \"Webmaster\"), or the Roundtable's chairperson reserves the right to and shall have authority to: (i) approve or decline any application for participation in the Roundtable; (ii) deny access to the Roundtable to any person; and/or (iii) revoke any participant's access to the Roundtable at any time for any reason. Participation in the Roundtable is not an opportunity for vendors or others seeking to promote products or services. Revocation of access to the Roundtable forum will result in the immediate deactivation of the participant's password.

SIPE shall not be held liable for any losses, claims or damages under any circumstances whatsoever, including special, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use the Roundtable, its associated Web site, or the information posted therein. Each participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SIPE and its owners, officers, directors, agents, employees, successors, or assignees, together with all contributing Roundtable participants and the Roundtable's chairperson from any losses, claims or damages of any kind that may arise from the use of or access to the Roundtable forum.

The Webmaster shall not be responsible for quality or reliability of the hosting of the Roundtable's Web site. Any problems with the Web site should be reported to the Webmaster immediately.

Governing Law, Venue, Updates:

The use of and access to the Roundtable website is governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for any website issue or dispute arising under these terms shall be in the courts in and for San Luis Obispo County, California. By your use of the Roundtable, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Roundtable's chairperson and/or its Webmaster may amend these terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the Roundtable forum. All amended Terms and Conditions shall be effective seven (7) days after they are initially posted on the site.
