We encourage the employees alleging industrial COVID to visit our designated clinic to be evaluated while our designated WC examiner investigates the claim, i.e., infected co-workers, implemented preventative factors, confirmed cases at home/work, concurrent employment, recent vacations/locations etc. Employees from sites with pockets of confirmed infections are resolved easily and quickly. The vast majority of COVID cases are handled and closed within 10 days thus not reach WC.

We have had success using Mr. Monjaras as an RTW consultant also. His firm is both knowledgeable and responsive.

Your Board Policy relating to visitors should offer enough information to defer unidentified visitors from visiting campus.

Whether you use existing staff or hire a vendor, their training and selection could be very important if there is a subsequent lawsuit. John Hopkins has a quality certification program that could prove beneficial in a pending lawsuit.

We are using AM LLC. They are performing well for us under pandemic circumstances.
