We encourage the employees alleging industrial COVID to visit our designated clinic to be evaluated while our designated WC examiner investigates the claim, i.e., infected co-workers, implemented preventative factors, confirmed cases at home/work, concurrent employment, recent vacations/locations etc. Employees from sites with pockets of confirmed infections are resolved easily and quickly. The vast majority of COVID cases are handled and closed within 10 days thus not reach WC.

JeffParticipantWhether you use existing staff or hire a vendor, their training and selection could be very important if there is a subsequent lawsuit. John Hopkins has a quality certification program that could prove beneficial in a pending lawsuit.
