    Thank you for your replies. After more research we will be offering the face shield with a drape as in LA County you have to wear a mask or the shield with a drape.

    I have received suggestions from employees who have had children at elementary schools where the District had asked parents to fill backpacks with a list of emergency supplies including water. The students bring the backpacks to school where they are stored for the year and only used if there is an emergency. The backpacks with unused contents are then sent home at the end of the year to be replenished at the start of the next school year. Seems like a simple plan but I keep looking for the caveat.

    Thank you Jeff. Unfortunately, our Board Policy is quite vague and doesn’t really address this type of visitor.
