What is your hiring process and tracking system for Coaches?

Do you require all coaches to apply to job postings? Do you onboard all coaches (paid and volunteer) in your employee database? What is the consequence when a coach, who has already been on the field/court, has not been fingerprinted or completely cleared? How/who do you hold them accountable? How do you track coach status? We use a google sheet for each school that each Athletic Director can view. Just wondering if there is a better system??? please email me at ssharp@fcusd.org
