    Does any District have a dedicated TITLE IV Liaison/Director to manage (mainly Secondary) issues?

    Yes we do. This website will provide the requirements. https://www.cde.ca.gov/re/di/eo/genequitytitleix.asp
    Our Title IV Coordinator is our Director of Student Services.
