Hello, all, I have a question. We currently are doing COVID testing every 2 weeks. One of our employees is worried that swabbing her nose can cause an infection, and does not want to do the swab. She has found a place that is doing some type of Saliva testing, and is asking if she can do that instead, and would we pay for it?

Thoughts? Are we obligated to pay for this type of test to accommodate this person or should we allow her to taek this test, but on her dime since we offer the swab tests for free?
