Mental Health Support for Staff – How Do You Care About the Staff?

I have spoken with many of you about mental health being the SECOND PANDEMIC for schools especially staff.

Are you planning on doing anything formal for your staff in the upcoming months other than offering the EAP.
We have lost four employees (not COVID) in the past four months and I prepared a draft of how to recognize those who have past. I’ll share it with you all.

We are looking at Management Retreats already and I was thinking about offering a program on RECOVERY (mind, body, spirit) – was wondering what you do to support others who are exhausted from the impacts of the past year.

I understand that most schools are now focusing on their operational safety plans – but MENTAL HEALTH is just as important right now for staff.
