Has anyone implemented an electrical/light (lamp) inspection process that addresses aging lighting fixtures? My District has some classrooms that have aged lighting which most recently led to an electrical fire inside a classroom. Is anyone exploring current grants or processes to help limited possibilities of aging electrical causing fires.
I know this post is somewhat obscure in this time of COVID – but was wondering if anyone is actively doing something about a common problem… obtaining funding for upgrades (energy efficient) or preventative maintenance.
Thank you for your time.
