Does anyone have a policy addressing driver’s license points/DMV violation codes and how they affect the ability to operate a district vehicle? Thanks.
April 20, 2023 at 9:16 am #43292KellyParticipantYes, we follow the point accumulation per DMV for Volunteer drivers. For our staff they are held to a higher standard based on the job description for vehicle use.

April 20, 2023 at 10:08 am #43458Diana GaetaParticipantHi, here is Orange USD’s policy (it’s based on Keenan’s suggested practices). And it is higher standard than DMV.
PS Does your District require its drivers to file an SR1 post-accident or do does administration file it on behalf of the driver?
