Complaints About Mask Exempt Employee

Good afternoon. Does anyone have any advice about how a principal can respond to staff and parents complaints about a teacher not wearing a mask due to a medical exemption?
At Chaffey if a teacher has a medical exemption they still must wear a face shield that has a drape. I attached a picture of one. We also make sure that they have plexi shields hung from the ceilings between them and student, our Maintenance department makes and hangs these for us

At Victor Elementary even with an exemption a face shield must be worn. They do not have the option of walking around campus without a mask or shield.
