Question: Is Cal-OSHA defining “fully vaccinated” including a booster? I’m being told it does, but everything I read the definition seems to be the 2 dose or single dose.

CalOSHA is following CDPH guidance and, although CDPH does not explicitly say fully vaccinated includes the booster shot, it does have stricter requirements for those who are vaccinated and “booster eligible”, but not yet boosted.

Yes, I see they lumped Vaccinated but no booster into the same table as unvaccinated, but that doesn’t mean “fully-vaccinated” includes boosters becasue the table is a procedure we follow for isolation and testing. The definition of fully vaccinated is still the same, either the 2shot brands after 14 days, or the J&J on shot after 14 days.
