ParticipantWe’re looking to price some AEDs for our administrative offices. Does anyone have any recommendations on vendors to use? Do you recommend purchase, or rental with maintenance agreements?

InactiveWE went through the American Red Cross. They came out with 4 different vendors and demonstrated each device. The American Red Cross has special pricing with these vendors and provide some extras for free like the wall cabinets and cases. We have been dealing with them for about 5 years now and have been very happy. They also provide the monitoring system that is required through Plus Trac. My district currently has 88 AEDs on site in 8 high schools and other district offices/departments. i am not sure where you are located but you can reach out to me if you want my contact at American Red Cross. ParticipantWe went through School Health Corporation. They gave us a fair price and an extra amount of pads (adult & child) which is key just in case they get damaged, expired or used.

ParticipantWe use AED total solutions. https://www.aedtotalsolution.com/
They supply a comprehensive program and offer a platform to submit AED checks through an app. They also auto-send replacement pads and batteries when they expire. The program is effortless and has saved so much staff time.
