3 Day Emergency Food Collection for Students

Does anyone have a flyer, or list that you hand out to your elementary school parents to collect “3-day food kit” for their students? It seems there used to be a gallon baggie one and/or send specific items. Anything you have that I could work from would be appreciated. It could be I’m not calling it the right thing when I search.
