Reply To: Gender neutral/inclusive area signage
The attached is information from the Division of State Architect single-user restrooms, which are required to be all gender. The terminology could also be used for larger restrooms or other areas. DSA uses uses the California Health and Safety Code term “All Gender” which seems to be more inclusive. Using the term “Gender Neutral” could imply that only those who identify their gender as “neutral” are allowed.
